
Sarah E. Endline is a visionary impact entrepreneur and creative strategist who uses business to drive meaningful solutions for a better world. A longtime Entrepreneur in Residence at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Innovation Lab, she now leads DearSarah, a Benefit Corporation pioneering AI for social good and purpose-driven media aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
She previously founded sweetriot, a Certified B Corporation and Inc. 500/5000 company that partnered with Whole Foods to feature fair trade cacao and emerging artists, earning coverage in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Forbes, and Fortune. Sarah built her career in the early Internet era at Yahoo! and Microsoft’s msn.com, launching products and marketing programs for millions of consumers.
A champion for women and underrepresented founders, she co-hosts Women Funding the World and mentors rising leaders through programs such as Techstars in Paris, Start2 in San Francisco, and Zu by Cirque du Soleil in Montreal.​ Sarah has spoken around the world including with US Embassies.
With an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Michigan, her perspective is shaped by work and travel in 100+ countries and grounded in her small-town Midwestern roots. Sarah builds sweet movements to fix the world!
